Key messages, ready to use social copy, hashtags, and brand assets for chapters, congregations, campuses, and partner organizations mobilizing for August 28.
On Friday, August 28, 2026, we return to the Lincoln Memorial, the 63rd anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, to defend the vote, protect equal opportunity, and demand economic dignity.
Co-chaired by Rev. Al Sharpton, Martin Luther King III, and Arndrea Waters King, and co-convened by the National Action Network and the Drum Major Institute, joined by a growing coalition of national, labor, faith, and civic partners.
The right to vote is under direct attack. This march stands on the same ground as 1963 because the work of that march remains unfinished.
